Estate Planning - 30 minute appointment
The amount of time required to complete your signing will vary. An advanced estate plan signing should take no more than 30 minutes. Individual documents such as a will, power of attorney, or healthcare directive will take substantially less time. Also having your witnesses present will expedite the process.
General Notary Services - 15 minute appointment
Whether you need an acknowledgement, jurat or a certified copy, it takes just a few minutes to get your document notarized.

Loan Signing - 1 hour appointment
You will get a brief explanation of each document before you sign. By law I cannot answer any questions about the specific terms of your loan. Never fear, if you have any questions along those lines, we can call the realtor, loan officer or escrow officer and get some answers for you. A typical real estate loan signing contains over 100 pages and takes approximately an hour (sometimes a little more) to complete.
