Mobile Notarizing

There are additional fees for mobile notarizing. These fees are in addition to the above stated fees and are on an hourly basis as follows:

· Traveling from 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m... $15.00 per hour

· Traveling from 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. $30.00 per hour

There is a minimum charge of two hours for traveling. The charge per hour will begin after the first two hours.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

APOSTILLES

Because it can take anywhere from 1 (one) month to 5 (five) months to complete an Apostille, a 50% deposit is required with the balance due immediately upon completion. You will receive an invoice defining the payment schedule, a service agreement, a disclosure statement and completion report.

ESTATE PLANS

Your attorney will advise me who should be billed. If it is declared that the client will pay me directly, payment is due immediately at the signing. You will also receive a service agreement and a completion report.
